Food Handlers Course (in Spanish)

 Middlesex County is resuming the Food Handler’s Course. 

The course information is intended to heighten your awareness of pertinent State Laws and Municipal Ordinances regarding general sanitation requirements, foodborne disease outbreaks, proper food handling, preparation and storage, and personal hygiene. Anybody can attend this course.

There is a $25.00 per person fee charged for attending this course.  The fee is payable by cash or check made out to the County of Middlesex.  The fees will be collected at the door prior to the start of the courses.  No advanced payments will be accepted.             

Each retail food establishment should be certified in food safety at least once every 2 years. It is recommended that all retail food establishments should send at least one person in a supervisory role to this course to help support food safety practices. Certificates will be presented at the completion of the course for all those who attend.

 *This class does not fulfill the Risk Type 3 Food Manager requirement*
