The Arts Institute will be painting a mural in honor of Juneteenth in the intersection of Livingston Ave, George Street, and Liberty Street, starting at 3 pm there will be a program in front of NBPAC including music and dance along with speaking from different dignitaries across the County, as well as a raising of the Juneteenth Flag.
