REPLENISH Events
REPLENISH holds many events throughout the year to drive awareness of food insecurity and generate food and funds to help us achieve our mission. We are in need of your donations and support to help the food insecure residents of Middlesex County gain access to nutritious, culturally appropriate foods and necessities. Please check here periodically for a listing of our food drives and events that you can participate in to help us achieve our mission. REPLENISH Earth Center Food Drive

- Location: EARTH Center, Davidson’s Mill Pond Park at 42 Riva Avenue, South Brunswick
The food drive is in conjunction with the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County who will host its EARTH Center Garden, Arts and Music Festival.
The day will be filled with family-oriented activities, live arts displays, and local musical acts,
Throughout the afternoon, Rutgers Master Gardeners and Environmental Stewards will offer advice on horticulture and stewardship while guiding visitors through various teaching gardens and learning projects.
Examples of their work include: a children’s garden, vegetable display garden and the popular butterfly house. Mini lectures on horticultural topics and culinary techniques will also be offered.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item as a donation to REPLENISH, Middlesex County’s food bank program to help support local residents struggling with food insecurity. Inflation and rising costs of fuel, food and other basic necessities are putting a strain on many individuals and families who are turning to food pantries to stretch their limited funds. Your donations are critically important!
