Crochet Group for the Fall is forming!  

The goals of the crochet therapy group are to introduce survivors of sexual violence to basic crocheting skills and to use this art form as a method of mindful attention, relaxation, and creative expression. This will be a group for beginners and no experience is required. Group experiences will include the creation of individual and group projects. We will discuss how crocheting can be used to cope with trauma symptoms as well as a form of self-love and self-care.
