NOTICE OF CHANGE OF REGULAR MEETING DATE
In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq. , this Notice announces that the regular meeting of the Middlesex County Agriculture Development Board (MCADB) has been rescheduled to October 26, 2022 at 8:00 PM in the Cranbury Township Municipal Building, first floor meeting room, 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury Township, New Jersey. In addition to the regular agenda items and any other matters that may come before the meeting, the meeting may include a hearing on the Right to Farm Complaint/Commercial Farm Determination on the property known as Lots 2.1 and 2.3 in Block 32 on the Tax Map of the Township of Monroe.
The MCADB may consider and take action on these items and all items that may come before the MCADB at the meeting. The MCADB meeting will include an opportunity for public comment. Any member of the public wishing to participate in the meeting can do so during the public portion of the meeting.
