This three-day course offers the opportunity to enhance shooting skills and to focus on the dynamic tactical utilization of the handgun for all Law Enforcement Officers. This is an intense three days of hands-on training at the Middlesex County Firearms Range, learning: shooting techniques, building confidence and developing tactical shooting skills. Participants must be certified to carry the weapon they use, and they must provide their own ammunition. Course content will include strong and support hand shooting, sighted vs. unsighted shooting, engaging multiple threats, shooting on the move, using cover properly, standards drills and understanding ballistics.

Required Equipment: Duty weapon, duty belt, 1000 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection, three (3) magazines minimum, and appropriate range attire.
