Yolanda Swiney is currently a Community Development Officer with Community Development Banking at PNC.  She works towards making an impact in the communities she serves by offering many programs to help sustain and revitalize the Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) neighborhoods.  She focuses on empowering the LMI community with financial education workshops and community outreach through the partnerships that she has established with the non-profit organizations and her internal partners.

Yolanda is a Vice President with over 25 years of experience in the banking industry.  In 2012 rejoined PNC after working for JP Morgan Chase as a Branch Manager.   Throughout the years Yolanda has she used her skills in sales, management, and operational expertise to create an exceptional customer experience to grow the businesses. 

She was a board member of the Downtown Hightstown Inc. which is an all-volunteer group of residents, business owners and stakeholders dedicated to improving the visual appeal, image, and desirability of the downtown area of Hightstown. She also served as a Commission of the Hightstown Housing Authority for five years, and active board member for many nonprofits and faith-based organizations in the Mercer County area.

Yolanda is married and with two sons. She received her bachelor’s from New Paltz State University with a minor in Business Administration.
