Kid FishingThe Division of Recreation and Programming within the Office of Parks and Recreation is responsible for providing recreational opportunities for residents of Middlesex County in the 19 developed and active County parks which encompass over 2,900 acres.

Programs and Projects include:

The park and boating facilities provide primarily active recreation opportunities, whereas the conservation areas and preserves are managed for passive recreation and environmental protection and improvement.

Pancreatic Cancer Softball Tournament

The Middlesex County Office of Health Services and the Office of Parks and Recreation present the 2024 Pancreatic Cancer Co-Ed Softball Tournament: Saturday, May 18, 2024 - 8:30 am at Warren Park, Florida Grove Road, Woodbridge, NJ, 07095.

8 teams will be accepted into this tournament and each team is guaranteed to play three games. Space is limited and teams are accepted on a first come, first serve basis only. Donation and application are due at time of registration. Registration will close Friday, May 10, 2024.

All proceeds will benefit pancreatic cancer research at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Suggested donation is $250.00 per team. Donation fees are due at time of registration and should be made in the form of a check or money order payable to "CINJ - RUF" (Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey - Rutgers University Foundation). $30.00 cash per game will also be needed on game day for umpire fees.
