The annual Opening Weekend program at East Jersey Old Town. While the Village is open year-round, Opening Weekend celebrates the start of the Historical Interpreter season (April-October) and is the first annual program of the year. Opening Weekend features a Garrison/Occupation of the Village by British and Loyalist military and civilian historical interpreters. The due date is to ensure ample time to promote the program and so we can provide collateral to the many partners we work with who are instrumental in promoting these programs.
