Plays-in-the-Park is located in Roosevelt Park in Edison, NJ off Route 1 next to the Menlo Park Mall. We are easily accessible from the N.J. Turnpike, Interstate 287, or the Garden State Parkway. When you arrive, Park Rangers will direct you to our free parking lot.

From Route 287:

• Follow 287 to Exit for Route 1 North
• Follow directions for Route 1 North

From Route 1 North:

• Take jug-handle for Grandview Avenue West
• Cross over Route 1
• Make first right into park

From Route 1 South:

• Take exit for Grandview Ave. (after Menlo Park Mall)
• Bear right at the end of ramp
• Make first right into park

From NJ Turnpike:

• Take Exit 10 (287 North)
• 287 North to Route 1 North
• Follow directions for Route 1 North

From Garden State Parkway - South:

• Take Exit for Route 1 South
• Follow directions for Route 1 South

From Garden State Parkway - North:

• Take Exit for 287 North (after Raritan toll plaza)
• Take Exit for Route 1 North
• Follow directions for Route 1 North

From New York City:

• Take either the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel to the NJ Turnpike and follow directions above.

• Take Route 1 & 9 South. When Routes 1 & 9 Split, stay right and continue on Route 1 South. Take exit for Grandview Ave. (after the Menlo Park Mall), bear right at the end of the ramp, and make the first right turn into Roosevelt Park.

From Staten Island:

• Get onto Route 287 North to Route 1 North and follow directions above.
