The George J. Otlowski, Sr. Center for Mental Health Care offers an extensive internship program to both undergraduate and graduate students.

Candidates may be BSW and MSW students from schools in New Jersey and New York.

All George J. Otlowski, Sr. Center for Mental Health Care interns receive:

• Active experience in the mental health field
• Both group and individual supervision
• Access to mental health professionals including psychiatrists
• Attendance at staff meetings
• Bi-monthly training sessions on a variety of social work topics
• Flexible hours based on each school’s internship criteria

George J. Otlowski, Sr. Center for Mental Health Care has open placements for both undergraduate and graduate students in the Center’s programs and locations:

Outpatient Mental Health

• Individual, family, and group therapy
• Psychiatric care
• Children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• Available to 2nd year MSW/Advanced placement students

Adult Partial Care

• Partial Care Program
• Adults
• Available to undergrads and Master’s level students
