The Middlesex County Improvement Authority is the license-holder and operator of Roosevelt Care Center in Edison.

Specializing in long-term, subacute, and Alzheimer and Dementia Care, the facility strives to create a comprehensive continuum of treatment designed to rehabilitate and maximize physical function, to ease pain, to slow the progression of debilitating conditions and disease, as well as promote each individual’s independence and quality of life. The campus consists of a 180-bed Parsonage Road building, which opened its doors in May of 2005.
