SEC Rule Compliance Statement

By publicly posting the following written disclosure, the Middlesex County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the SEC Market Advisor Rule. The Authority has retained an independent registered municipal advisor. The Authority is represented by and will rely on its municipal advisor, Phoenix Advisors, LLC (see contact information below), to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial projects (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments).
