Office of Facilities Management

Facilities ManagementThe Office of Facilities Management reports directly into the Department of Infrastructure Management. The Office is responsible for maintaining 16 County-owned buildings. The Office also is responsible for the professional management, direction, maintenance, and control of all County-owned facilities.

The Real Estate Division is responsible for locating, negotiating, and recommending suitable space for various County offices. The Division also is responsible for lease negotiation and management of all rental space needed by the County and for overseeing the leased parking necessary to accommodate County employees.
