In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., and the Agriculture Retention and Development Act, N.J.S.A. 4:1C-11 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 2:76-1.1.et seq., this Notice announces that a special meeting of the Middlesex County Agriculture Development Board (MCADB) has been scheduled for September 8, 2022 at 8:00 PM on the proposed Middlesex County Comprehensive Farmland Preservation Plan, Strong Farming. Local Foods., for consideration and adoption by the MCADB. This is a public hearing and will also include consideration of the County’s proposed amended Agricultural Development Area (ADA) criteria and proposed amended ADA map for adoption. This meeting will be held in-person in the Cranbury Township Municipal Building, first floor meeting room, 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury Township, New Jersey.
