File of Life
The File of Life is a red magnetic refrigerator pouch that holds a reference card that captures vital health and emergency information including doctors, medications, medical conditions, and emergency contacts. This tool assists police and emergency response teams who are called to the aid of a senior resident of the County. File of Life is available to all seniors and disabled adults residing in Middlesex County. To obtain a File of Life, contact the Middlesex County Office of Aging and Disabled Services at 732-745-3295.
AngelSense Program
The AngelSense monitoring device and mobile app is the only GPS and monitoring solution designated specifically for individuals who have a history of eloping due to illness or disability (for example: Autism, Alzheimer’s). This program in conjunction with the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office is offered free to county residents.
In order to register for the program, interested individuals or caregivers should call the Middlesex County Office of Aging and Disabled Services at 732-745-3295.

Pyx Health
Pyx Health can help to support your mental and physical health by connecting you with compassionate people for a friendly chat and providing self-management tips and help with resources. Pyx Health is a wellness program that offers a trusted combination of people, mobile app, and health care resources. Together they help to reduce loneliness and improve health. Support calls with a staffed call center are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm Eastern (supporting all time zones) for both inbound support and outbound enrollment calls. Personal Medical Record-USB (PMR-USB)
Personal Medical Record- USB is a USB drive the size of a credit card that allows for medical information to be entered on a basic form using any computer. A Personal Medical Record- USB may be carried conveniently in a wallet and can assist in relaying important medical history during an emergency situation.
