The Reuse-It Book acts as a guide, assisting residents with finding area locations where they can donate unwanted goods for reuse. These civic-minded donors are assisting the community at-large in any number of ways. First and foremost, they are diverting waste from various local sources, thereby extending the life of Middlesex County’s landfill. Secondly, they are cutting expenses for municipalities and the County and taxpayer-supported recycling programs by averting costs associated with disposal.
