The Middlesex County Office of Emergency Management branches out into several bureaus to support emergency response and coordination for incidents that occur at the local and county level. Each bureau consists of career staff and volunteers that are subject matter experts within their field, an asset to the organization. These are the five bureaus that fall under Middlesex County OEM:

• Auxiliary Emergency Communications Bureau
• Emergency Medical Services Bureau
• Emergency Services Bureau
• Fire Coordinator Bureau
• Hazardous Materials Bureau
