Public Health Center

The Middlesex County Public Health Clinic, located at 11 Kennedy Blvd, East Brunswick, NJ, 08816, provides a variety of services.

These services include:

Sexual Health Services

Provides sexually transmitted disease screening, evaluation, treatment, follow-up, and referral. All prevention and counseling services are confidential and are provided for a fee.

HIV Counseling and Testing Program

Provides confidential counseling, testing, referral and connection to HIV prevention, treatment and care.

Screenings are provided in conjunction with the Sexual Health Clinic.

Child Health Services 

Provides preventive health screenings in addition to all ACIP recommended vaccine administration to children through 18 years of age who have no health insurance.

Preventive care includes capillary blood lead test.

The child’s immunization record must be provided prior to the visit and a parent or legal guardian must accompany the child to the appointment.

Adult Vaccine Service

The Center provides vaccines for adults aged 19 and older with no insurance.

CEED Services

In addition to the above-mentioned services, the Center provides CEED (Cancer Education and Early Detection) cancer screening services for both men and women for breast, prostate, colon, and cervical.
