Please review the following about poll worker training for the November 5th General Election:
If you have been selected as a poll worker, you may need training. If you are unsure, call 732-745-3471 for more information. Letters about required training were sent by the Board of Elections by September 1, 2024.
If your training occurred before the 2023 Primary Election, 2023 General Election, or 2024 Primary Election, or if you are a new poll worker, the Board of Elections will provide you with a portal for payment information and a scheduling app for training.
Training starts on Friday, September 6, 2024.
For existing poll workers selected before September 1, 2024, the deadline for training is Tuesday, October 15, 2024. If training isn't completed by then, the untrained rate will be paid.
The deadline for new poll workers or last-minute replacements to complete training is Saturday, November 2, 2024.
